How do I sign up for Shirudo Club Loyalty Program?

If you already have an existing account on Shirudo official website, you’ll be automatically enrolled as a member. If you do not have an account yet, you can join us by creating an account.

Can I exchange my points for cash?

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points will be automatically removed from your account.

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?

Points earned from an order that is subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned may be deducted from your points balance.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged with another member.

How do I redeem and apply store credits?

To redeem desired store credit, login to your account and click on the "Rewards" icon on the bottom right of the homepage. There, you will be able to select your desired store credit, which will then be reflected when you checkout.

Can I stack store credit with ongoing Shirudo website promotions?

Yes, you are able to use the store credit together with ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.

Can I transfer or combine my store credit to another account?

No, your store credit is not transferrable and cannot be combined with another account.

Can I cancel store credit that has been redeemed?

No, store credit that has been previously redeemed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
